Perched high above Lake Michigan in Chicago's Gold Coast, this luxury high-rise residence was designed for clients who value timeless luxury, everyday comfort, and serene living.

Inspired by the ever-changing blues of the lake, we created a warm, sophisticated primary suite with a soft palette, layered textures, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. One of the most transformative design decisions was replacing the original wood flooring throughout the home with natural stone. Its soft, understated veining brings a quiet sophistication to every space, creating a refined backdrop that beautifully complements the spectacular lake views.

The primary bathroom renovation transformed the space into a spa-like sanctuary, where elegant fixtures, natural stone, and subtle finishes come together to create a home that feels timeless, elevated, and effortlessly livable.
